The jacket is only one of the best made I’ve ever purchased online with quality leather and craftsmanship. However, the customer service is lacking greatly in not responding to inquiries about when my purchase would be sent out to the point I had to dispute my order because when I didn’t receive a response to my email asking when my order would ship I called my card company to challenge the charge. Thankfully my order was delivered a week later but I didn’t know until it arrived! Even selling good products doesn’t mean you can’t improve your response to customers! That’s the main reason I can only give leather-jackets.net 4-stars.
